When you ask us to make a delivery or Collection on your behalf, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
Terms and conditions
1. Goods in transit
We do NOT Carry harmful or hazardous materials or any waste products or packaging. All goods are the responsibility of the owner to insure that all duty and licenses are in order. No liability will be accepted by GO LOGISTICS. All rights reserved.
2. Extra charges apply.
A minimum charge will apply if short distance (a) Extra labour is required # (b) Long waiting time (c) Loading and unloading. (d) Special equipment is required # (e) inside M25 And inside congestion zones plus ULEZ
(f) Road diversions are in place (g) Over night accommodation is required # (h) failed deliveries (I) Short notice for cancellation (j) Hiring of a vehicle is required @ (k) Pre warned long road delays ( ie events / weather ect )
CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO THE INVOICE.
3. Liability for goods in transit.
No liability will be accepted by GO LOGISTICS. If a request for goods in transit insurance has not been confirmed # (excluding regular or contractual work) maximum £10,000(all claims are subject to an access charge) (public liability comes as standard) it is the responsibility of the owner to insure that all seals are checked. And the goods are inspected and checked during the loading and unloading of the vehicle.
4. Strictly 31 day for payment.
Strictly 31 days for contractual or regular work payment is required and or a maximum of £1000 limit unless otherwise agreed (a) account work (b) regular work. (Late payment will have 10% penalty added to your new invoice. this will have a 14 day to pay notes. And then 7 day to pay notes will be given before legal action will begin. All other out standing invoices will need to be settled immediately and all additional costs will be recovered by GO LOGISTICS.
5. Terms for non contractual deliveries
Non contractual work funds must be cleared before work is carried out. Allow 5 working days to clear cheque unless accompanied with a cheque guarantee card or cash. £3 charge for cheque

6. Discounts are available.
Discounts are available. (a) Regular work (b) part loads (c) contract work.
7. Out of office hour’s charges and weekends.
*We are a 24hr 7days a week company. (Monday-Saturday 8-6 hours will be charged at the rate stated above, a different rate will be charge to all other days and hours including bank Holidays)
8. Parking tolls and congestion charges.
Tolls, parking and congestion charges will all be an extra charge and will be added to the invoice.
